Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and there are no ads or ad trackers.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and your password, stored only as a salted hash that nobody can read, plus whether you have Pro.
- Sign-in cookie: one essential cookie (
rl_s) that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. - Google Ads tag: the site loads Google's ad tag (gtag.js), which may set cookies so we can measure which ads lead to visits and Pro purchases. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Item requests: when you tap "Request this item", we store what you searched for, plus your email if you're signed in.
- Payments: Stripe collects your payment details directly. We receive only confirmation that the payment succeeded, linked to your account.
- On your device: your saved build, chosen environment and sound settings live in your browser's local storage and aren't sent to us.
- Technical logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use it only to run RigLab: to sign you in, unlock Pro, answer support emails, and decide which parts to add next. We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores account data.
- Stripe processes and resells Pro purchases.
- Stores you choose to visit through "Buy" links see that visit as coming from RigLab.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account data while your account exists. Email hello@riglab.studio to see, correct or delete your data, and we'll handle it within 30 days. Payment records may be kept by Stripe as the law requires.
Children
RigLab isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and note significant changes on the site.
